Background Information:

McGaughey’s is an American southern restaurant located in downtown summerlin. We provide American southern style food to our customers in our log style restaurant. Our customer base is the people within the Summerlin community. We have targeted this community because we feel as having a Southern based restaurant, we can help give back to the community. Our marketing strategy for our restaurant is to have family be the core structure when having it be southern based food. The reason why is because this invites the Summerlin community to come in for food and stay for the conversation with their friends and family.
