The Other Wes Moore:  One Name, Two Fates provides us, as readers, the outlook on two men’s lives and of their different outcomes through their journey of life.  Within these different journeys, they had some similar circumstances as boys including the same name, Wes Moore.  One Wes Moore ended up becoming very successful while the other Wes Moore will be spending the rest of his life in prison.  As readers we wonder what events in their lives triggered them to take two totally different paths.  The events that may have affected them is their poverty, lack of prospects, and the need to respond to violence with greater violence.
