Write My Essay For Me

You don’t have to write analysis for the below question. It is the original question and there is an analysis of it below and you have to reply/discuss about that analysis. I posted the question for you to better understand. And it is only 400 words.
Then you can start posting comments to your classmates’ critical analysis posts. Please provide at least ONE comment as a response to one of your classmates’ original post(s). You are more than welcome to post as many comments as possible to create a conversation, but you are only required to post one detailed comment, each time.
1)   Please be constructive, respectful, and detailed in your comments.
2)   Please write at least 400 words for each comment you make, as a response to your classmate(s)’ original post(s).
This is the question you need to read only not answer.
Please 1) read the article on this web-link: https://www.npr.org/sections/ed/2018/02/12/585181704/the-education-department-says-it-wont-act-on-transgender-student-bathroom-access
After you carefully and thoroughly read the article, please 1) post your critical understanding and analysis of transgender communities’ current struggle to be accepted into the society, with a specific focus on the debate over transgender students’ use of school bathrooms, 2) post your view on this article; do you agree with the opinion expressed by this article? Please explain why you agree or disagree in detailed account, and 3) explain what you would do to make things better if you were the policy-maker?
You need to answer ALL the above three questions in your post.
Please note that this is a very controversial topic that is being intensely debated by people, groups, and communities across the United States. The LGBTQ activists support the transgender students’ use of regular bathrooms and see it as a respect to the free expression of gender identity, but other people express strong disagreement due to the concerns that non-transgender students might feel uncomfortable being around transgender individuals in a place like bathroom and it might provide sex offenders with opportunities to commit crimes. Some people even argue that it is not safe for the transgender students to use regular bathrooms because they might encounter verbal and physical assaults from other students. However, many transgender people consider it an “insult” to use a bathroom specifically designated as “transgender bathroom” because it shows society’s denial of their right to have the gender identity they want. They want tolerance and acceptance.
When you write your critical analysis of the above topic/issue, please make a clear and strong connection to the first two chapters, or even chapter 3 if you finish the reading for this week earlier. By “CONNECTION,” I mean you need to clearly write down how the book defines certain term (s) or idea (s), and then explain how it/they can be applied to your critical analysis of this topic/issue. Please do NOT directly quote or cite anything from the book. You need to use your own words to paraphrase those ideas or terms. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. I want to read how you understand them, NOT how book understands them.

The people of society have rights, the right to be free and the right to be themselves. Although it is presumed that such rights exist, it is the opposite for many of the individuals of this society. Discrimination has been a part of society for as long as one can remember. Currently, the LGBTQ community is facing discrimination. Discrimination for being themselves, due to society being unable to look past the “traditional morals” which has only led to hate crimes and abuse. One should not have to go to court to face issues against using the restroom. One should not be discriminated against due to their gender-identity by the individuals of its own society.
Transgender individuals face immense backlash for their identities. They struggle to be accepted by society as individuals of the identity they chose. They struggle with the societies flawed vision of one’s sex and gender being determined upon their birth. The individuals face unnecessary insults and hate for changing their gender-identity to better suit them. The backlash isn’t always verbal with many individuals being physically harmed. The struggles of the transgender community are unspeakable, the harassment, ignorance, and bullying are just a few things they face. Being harassed by peers in school for using the restroom of their gender-identity. This debate isn’t only dominant in school, but as well as our society. Society fails to acknowledge these individuals for who they are and forces them to conform to fit the morals of others. The debate on transgender students use of school bathrooms is only the tip of an iceberg. Yet, such a massive discussion that fails to reach a resolution. Individuals are forced to use bathrooms based upon their sex rather than the identity they would like to be defined by. The government has taken authority and enforced rules that force the transgender community against its morals. Transgender individuals are robbed of their right to use the proper restroom of their choice. Having their gender-identity be a label with no rights. Individuals should not face hatred for using the restroom that defines their identity. Having the freedom to use a public bathroom shouldn’t be a discussion with controversy. One’s gender-identity should allow them to use the bathroom of their identity.
The Department of Education is oblivious to the discrimination of transgender students. Ignoring their pleas for help and stating nothing is wrong, a childish act on their behalf. I disagree with the opinions expressed by the article, The Department of Education’s immature behavior not only encourages the discrimination of transgender students but makes it difficult for these students to be open. Our society has been discriminatory since history, first it was slavery and racial discrimination which is still a very present issue in our nation, and now it has come to the identity of an individual, by which they are defined. The Department of Education clearly failed to see the transgender students of this nation as people of the nation.  A transgender student should not be discriminated by their gender-identity. The laws set forth by this nation have encouraged the discrimination. The time has come to change these laws and enforce them. Transgender individuals are people, they are no less different from you or me. We are all equal and The Department of Education is blinded to see that. The students are left trapped in an everlasting cycle of facing their gender-identity as a crime. Transgender students are left excluded by the law. The government has failed. It has failed to protect its people. The Constitution states, “We the people” which includes the individuals part of the LGBTQ community.  Yet, the Department of Education has forgotten this belief and treaded a new path of discrimination against these innocent individuals. While the failure could have been a minor setback. The failure has shown how easily The Department of Education gave up on this fight to help its students.
As a policymaker, students should be allowed to use the preferred bathroom of their choice. No gender should feel uncomfortable or forced. The discrimination set against the LGTBQ community should be illegal. Introducing a bill, like the bill set by the previous administration. Although, with better enforcement will allow transgender individuals to have the freedom to use their preferred bathroom, to have the right, without facing discrimination or backlash. Passing a modernized bill will help the nation, rather than facing these issues with ignorance, will support the movement. The movement will allow for society to take steps in giving the LGBTQ community its rights. While helping our society be open-minded of others beliefs and identity.
