[ STEP 1 – Paisley ] – Identifying Key Issues
Due Date: October 18, 2020
This phase will begin by identifying key issues on a step by step basis. We will begin by identifying the issues by hazards such as chemical, biological, physical, ergonomic and psychological. With this information we can complete a SWOT and Job Safety Analysis, to address, change and implement/revise safety measures to comply with municipal, provincial and federal safety legislations.
[ STEP 2 – Asia ] – Develop Plan to Remedy Issues Identified
Due Date: November 10, 2020
This step will include researching the company and specific mine site to gather background information in order to develop a list of business considerations. This step will also require a list of possible policies and/or additional interventions in order to reduce the health and safety concerns brought forward in the chosen article.
[ STEP 3- Maryam ] – Create Draft for Review
Due Date: November 15th
This step is for the first draft of the final document, identifying major areas of concern will take priority during this step. This step will also include revising the final paper to improve organization and correlation. In conclusion, this step’s goal is to revise the first draft and produce the final draft ensuring the tone, style and information is consistent with the outline.
[STEP 4 – Scott ] – Submit for Implementation
Due Date: November 20, 2020
This step includes reviewing the first draft and fixing any grammatical or spelling errors on top of finalizing any references, appendices that need to be created for the final draft of the report. This step ensures that every part of the report will be professional and presentable.
[STEP 5 – Kyle ] – Follow up support to ensure full understanding and continued compliance
This step includes following up with each group member while they are completing their parts to ensure that they fully understand the task presented to them and to ensure that compliance continues to occur.
