Sketch a debate between a Confucian scholar and a Daoist (Taoist) follower concerning the nature of a good government in early China. Assume that this hypothetical debate took place during the Spring and Autumn period as China was transforming from the ancient age to its classic period.

The scholar believes that Confucianism best describes an ideal government in early Chinese society, whereas the Daoist attacks the Confucianism at precisely this point, arguing that only the Taoism provides the guidelines for a good government.
