Therefore, for many organizations, it is critical to have a system in place that measures the performance and productivity of individuals, teams, departments, and the organization as a whole.  Leadership has an influential role in an organizational culture and overall performance of an organization.
In this discussion, research a leadership’s role in performance management and how individual performance can be linked to the organization’s strategies. Provide two performance management strategies that can make a positive impact on the organization.
